So many possibilities so many ways of playing. How you do it, is the beauty of the game. It seems that, except for the achievements, deaths and calamity don't mean as much as just completing the missions. There are a couple of cases where an alarm can go off and you'll see the alarm tutorial prompt but, it will NOT negate Foxiest. That "normally" will negate the Foxiest achievement. When you see that, it means an alarm has been set off. The only thing you can do for alarms is to watch for the alarm tutorial prompt.
